I've been in the yard.
Deepening + exploring all the modalities of healing I have in my arsenal.
Playing in soil, planting seeds, treating the land I live on well.
In a steady cycle of cooling, building, + setting fires in and outside of myself.
Charging and cleansing all my tools
Rediscovering techniques of spirit amplification + physical vitality that had floated further from me in the midst of my busyness..
Keeping dark toned, clearing + grounding crystals + copper on me

In doing so I've found/ remembered that:
I can be even more gentle with my self.. often when I am others around me will follow that pace + trend.
I can move slower, I can move w/more intention, I can not move at all.
Be as still as I want/need to be + that kind of being is the alright. Just fine. Just being.

Circles are said to be symbols of totality, wholeness, original perfection, the Self, the infinite, eternity, timelessness, all cyclic movement, embodiment of compassion, manifestation.
And it don't stop
Then the amplifying, antibacterial, antiviral, + anti inflammatory properties of copper right at my throat chakra just make all of that goodyness POP + swirl.
I am and know more than I give myself credit for.
I am abundant.
Without question.
Without defeat.
I have access to everything I need + I can create whatever I want.
